Vapor Recovery RSR

In order to conduct vapor recovery testing you must be licensed by the Department under Arizona Administrative Code Title 20, Article 6.  The information on this page will give you access to the printed materials and information you need to become an RSR for vapor recovery and to perform those duties.

Training Materials:

New Vapor Recovery RSR Training
Annual Training and Testing
All RSRs who have current vapor recovery RSR licenses are required to participate in one of these training sessions and must pass the exam to receive their certification.  You must have the following materials with you at the time of the training and testing in order to take the test:

CARB Executive Orders
Test procedures
Copy of the Department-issued SOP
Copy of the regulations
 

Additionally, the RSR application must be submitted to the department prior to the training and testing.
