Livestock Operator Fire and Flood Assistance Program (LOFFAP)
The purpose of the program is to provide a source of funding for landowners and lessees of a livestock operation with more than 40 animals under normal operating conditions; that require assistance as a result of a wildfire and associated flooding; and are ineligible for funding from, or partially funded by, another federal or state program. LOFFAP is a state grant program authorized by A.R.S. § 3-109.03 (B).

GRANT APPLICATION WORKSHOPS FOR THE LIVESTOCK OPERATOR FIRE AND FLOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LOFFAP)
The Arizona Department of Agriculture will provide three LOFFAP grant application workshops both in-person (cancelled) and virtually to present program information and guidance on how to apply for grant funds. The LOFFAP guidelines can be found in the Grant Manual below. We strongly encourage you to review the guidelines and bring any questions you may have to the workshop.
