About Us
We protect the public from contagious and infectious disease in livestock, poultry, commercially raised fish, meat, milk and eggs. We do this by enforcing laws concerning the movement, sale, importation, transport, slaughter and theft of livestock. In addition, we regulate food processing and manufacturing facilities and conduct substantial food safety and quality inspections of Dairy, Meat, Egg products produced or stored in Arizona.
