Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the ASD Advisory Council and to the general public that the ASD Advisory Council will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday September 28, 2023, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. at 1110 W. Washington St., Ste. 450, Phoenix, AZ 85007. Public will need to sign in at the front desk. Members of the ASD Advisory Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. The Council may vote to hold an executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the Council’s Attorney on any matter listed on the agenda pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3).
