Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the members of the AZDA Food & Agriculture Policy Advisory Committee (FAPAC) and to the general public that the AZDA FAPAC will hold a meeting open to the public on Sept 14, 2022 beginning at 2:30 pm at 1110 W. Washington, Suite 450. The FAPAC may vote to hold an executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice on any matter listed on the agenda pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(3). The FAPAC may take formal action on any of the agenda items listed below. For the convenience of the FAPAC and the public, the order of the agenda items may be changed at the discretion of the Chair. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

8. Call to the Public

This is the time for the public to comment. Members of the Committee may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01 (H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
