SAL scientist Lynn Korn dons the required personal protective equipment prior to performing an audit of an "Approved" laboratory.  SAL scientists are certified as Laboratory Evaluation Officers (LEOs) by the Food and Drug Administration to perform training and auditing of all laboratories that receive raw milk for processing into dairy products for sale.
