The Director will appoint a five member Advisory Committee consisting of individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Three members will be business licensees or qualifying parties and will each have a minimum of five years of pest management experience. At least one of these three members will be a business licensee who has five or fewer applicators and at least one of these three members will be from outside of Maricopa and Pima Counties.

  • One member will be a representative of a political subdivision.

  • One member will be a public member who does not provide pest management services or work for a business licensee.

STATEMENT OF WHERE ALL PUBLIC NOTICES OF MEETINGS WILL BE POSTED FOR THE

PEST MANAGEMENT DIVISION COUNCIL

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(A)(1)(a), the Pest Management Division Council ("PMDC") hereby states that all public notices of the meetings of the PMDC and any of its advisory committees and subcommittees will be posted on this website (agriculture.az.gov) and on the notice board on the first floor of the Arizona Department of Agriculture ("Department") building located at 1110 West Washington Street, Suite 450, Phoenix, Arizona 85007. The Department is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except government holidays and other mandatory state closure dates. The notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting, and will include and agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.  In addition, the public notice can be found here https://publicmeetings.az.gov.
