Do card skimmer detection apps work?
Consumers beware - the number of skimmers found or reported to AZDA's Weight & Measures Services Division (WMSD) significantly increased last year. Thieves put these devices on gas pumps and get access to your financial information. Do not use debit cards at gas stations (easy access to your bank accounts), check the card reader if it looks different and check out WMSD's Top 10 Skimmer Tips.
