Approved Vapor Recovery Equipment
Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 3-3512 and § 3-3515 require vapor recovery systems and components that have been certified by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) or that have been approved by a third party that is recognized by industry and the Division as being accredited to test vapor recovery system components. Additionally, equipment that has been rejected by the Division are prohibited from use within the State of Arizona. Listed below are the vapor recovery systems and components that are approved by the Division.

- Phase I Pre-EVR or EVR equipment certified by CARB as identified in the CARB Executive Order or approval letter.
- Phase II Pre-EVR, EVR, or Pre-EVR ORVR Compatible equipment certified by CARB as identified in the CARB Executive Order or approval letter.
- Clarification of Division Policy for use of CARB EVR Phase I Pressure/Vacuum Vent (P/V) Valves with Pre-EVR Stage II Vapor Recovery Systems.
Equipment Certified by a Third Party and Approved by the Department:
The equipment listed below has been approved in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) 41-2132(A) for use as indicated in the approval letter for the system or component.
