If you have questions, concerns or need to report activity related to native plants (movement, harvesting, reporting, etc.), please contact the Departments Native Plant Enforcement.

PLANT PESTS & DISEASES

Dangerous plant pests and diseases can be harbored in agricultural commodities that have not been properly inspected and/or treated.  Please report any suspect activity that appears to violate any of the Plant Services Division's Laws and Regulations.
