The Arizona Department of Agriculture will:

• Make available to the public data of its choice in a read only text format.

• Modify any database presented to the public without pre-notification, as deemed necessary by the Department.

• Update publicly presented text file/databases on a schedule of its choosing.

• Perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on any hardware or software application that supports any publicly presented text file/database without prior notification to the public.

• Not modify any state database to comply with any public request.

• Retract or retire any or all publicly presented text files and/or databases without notification to the public.

• The Department reserves the right to review and prohibit any and all electronic web links associated with the Department's Web Page.
