Reciprocity and Examination Exemptions
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-4302, the Department may license or certify an individual through Universal Licensure who meets certain criteria.
Licensing Grace Period
Pursuant to A.A.C. R3-8-201, the Department may allow an individual who meets certain criteria to provide pest management services on behalf of a business licensee without being a certified applicator.
Fee Waivers
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1080.01, an agency shall waive any fee charged for an initial license for any individual applicant who meets certain criteria.
