CFV PUBLIC HEARING: Arizona Leafy Greens Marketing Agreement Renewal

Proposed Action: The Arizona Department of Agriculture, Citrus, Fruit and Vegetable Division(CFV) is calling a public hearing to receive evidence and testimony concerning the Arizona Leafy Green Products Shipper Marketing Agreement, a  proposed state marketing agreement to be established pursuant A.R.S. Title 3, Chapter 3, Article 1.  The hearing was requested by the Arizona Leafy Green Marketing Agreement Marketing Committee. The hearing has been scheduled as follows:

Location: Yuma Agricultural Center, Glen Curtis Bldg., 6425 W. 8^th Street, Yuma, Arizona 85364 on SEPTEMBER 26, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. 

All shippers of leaf green products and other interested persons are invited to participate in this hearing. Additionally, written comments on the proposed action will be accepted until close of business SEPTEMBER 26, 2019, via mail, fax or e-mail addressed to Ed Foster, Associate Director at the following:
